A message of Life, from the Dead to the living.
Plastic waste is extremely harmful to marine life. Fragments can be found in the feeding grounds of many animals, and is often fatal. Today, over 746 marine species are endangered. If no action is taken towards our habits regarding plastic consumption, many species face extinction in the near future.

Little do most people know, the world already has one sea with no life, which happens to be one of Jordan’s most important landmarks: The Dead Sea. Naturally occurring and with a very high salt concentration in its water, no life exists within it, and nothing sinks.

So we decided that the Dead Sea was the perfect stage to carry an important message. We created a floating installation using plastic waste that read “One Dead Sea Is Enough”, covering over 600 square meters of the sea’s surface.
